SalaryOur client, an international luxury fashion brand is seeking an experienced long term, temporary Part Time Finance / Accounts Payable Assistant for their London office.
The hourly rate is £15 per hour plus holiday pay, depending on skills and experience. The role is office based to work approximately 24 hours per week. There is flexibility towards working hours.
This is a great part time opportunity to work in a fabulous environment with a relaxed friendly team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Processing supplier invoices in Dext to Xero
- Responsible for obtaining approval of purchase invoices
- Maintaining a record of purchase invoices sent out for approval
- Reconciling and processing credit card statements
- Resolving Accounts Payable queries
- P osting sales invoices in Dext to Xero
- Reconciling supplier statements and requesting missing bills
Skills & Experience Required:
- Purchase & Sales Ledger experience essential
- Knowledge of Xero or similar accounting/bookkeeping software
- Processing customer payments; electronic and card machine
- Experience in fashion or online retail desirable
