Finance Admin Officer

The Role will consist of:

• Invoice processing
• Posting bank receipts
• Credit control
• Processing income credit card payments
• Responding to customer email queries
• Answering customer telephone queries
• General administrative duties
• Managing a busy inbox
• Liasing with stakeholders

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

• Previous experience in an accounts receivable/payable role
• Previous Finance Admin experience
• Experience dealing with customer queries
• Customer service experience
• Experience using the Microsoft suite including outlook and excel
