The Role will consist of:
- Invoice processing
- Posting bank receipts
- Credit control
- Processing income credit card payments
- Responding to customer email queries
- Answering customer telephone queries
- General administrative duties
- Managing a busy inbox
- Liasing with stakeholders
The Person
As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:
- Previous experience in an accounts receivable/payable role
- Previous Finance Admin experience
- Experience dealing with customer queries
- Customer service experience
- Experience using the Microsoft suite including outlook and excel
