Finance Analyst

The Opportunity
You'll be joining the Accounting Operations team within a large, established investment company working in their Darlington office, close to the main bus and train routes.
The organisation has a well-defined culture that encourages people to take responsibility, be accountable, challenge assumptions, and make positive changes.
In addition to agile working (3 days working from home) and flexible working policies, the company offers a generous benefits package including 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays, discretionary bonus scheme and pension scheme with company contributions up to 17%.
About you...
You'll have experience with accounting operations such as treasury, bank reconciliations, preparing journals and month end closing.
You will support finance and business stakeholders in a confident and professional manner, working to strict deadlines.
You'll be proactive, share your ideas and identify areas of process improvement.
Ideally, you'll be studying towards your AAT qualifications, if your qualified by experience that's fine too.
