Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and continuously growing Logistics business. This is a newly created role due to growth for a Finance Manager to join the business at an exciting time.
Description
Finance Manager responsibilities include:
- Develop, implement, and maintain financial models for budgeting and forecasting.
- Analyse financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
- Monitor and report on key financial performance indicators.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets.
- Track budget variances and provide recommendations for cost control.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.
- Oversee the day-to-day finance department functions.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Coordinate with the Shared Service Centre for year end audit & Month End Management Accounts
- Supervise and mentor a small finance team.
Profile
The candidate will have/be:
- Part qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or Qualified by experience
- Strong knowledge of month end processes, financial planning, budgeting, and analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel
- Previous SAP experience - Desirable
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
