I have a newly created role for an experienced EA to join a boutique Investment Bank located in Mayfair. The EA will float between different teams providing cover and additional support, working closely with a team of EA’s. The successful EA will have previous experience supporting at all levels up to senior MD and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment. As this is a Float EA role, you will be highly adaptable, flexible and enjoy using your intiaitive. Hours 9am – 5pm. Hybrid working available.
Ongoing temporary position with the potential for perm.
What you’ll do:
- Extensive diary management working across international time zones
- Complex travel arrangements – including preparation of itineraries, visas and additional travel requirements
- Organise client events – sourcing entertainment, processing approvals, distributing and tracking invitations
- Processing expenses
- Update and maintain the companies CRM database
- Preparing and amending PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Documents
- Support with ad hoc projects for the team as required
- Handle confidential and time sensitive information
What you’ll need:
- Minimum 3+ years EA experience
- Previous experience within Financial Services is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload
- Self–motivated and proactive
