Head or Revenue - Cluster role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Head of Revenue for a luxury, independent hotel collection. As the Head of Revenue, you will be responsible for the Group Reservations Manager and be a key part of the commercial team. Working closely with sales, marketing and respective hotel management teams with a focus on room revenue strategy across the group as well as maintaining external relationships with third parties to optimise all revenue potential.

Our client is a small portfolio of boutique hotels each with their own original design and unique stories to tell. The Hotel Collection is a family-owned group with properties in the South of England (East and West)
The Person:
The successful Head of Revenue will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Revenue Management role
- Ideally experience in a cluster hotel revenue post
- Good working knowledge of Excel
- Strong presentation skills
- Various knowledge of PMS and enhanced understanding of RMS, Duetto preferred
- Management of Synxsis or similar channel manager
- Understanding of Dynamic pricing models
- All applicants must have a flexible approach to their work and be willing to work the hours required of the business.
- This is a hybrid role, but the successful candidate must be able to travel to the hotels regularly so a base in the south would be beneficial.
