SalaryWe are recruiting for a Housing Officer for a fantastic organisation covering the Calderdale region. The position is initially a temporary job but could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
You must be able to drive and have access to your own car to be considered for this position.
You will have previous Housing Management experience. Some of the key duties include;
- Dealing with vulnerable tenants
- Voids , re-lets and neighborhood issues
- Safety checks
- Anti-social behaviour
