TRAK Employment Solutions, acting as an employment business, are working in partnership with a Swindon based Housing Trust. Due to expansion, they are now looking for a Housing & Support officer to join their friendly team. Whilst no experience is necessary, you must be passionate about making a difference to peoples lives.
Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills that complement their strong desire to make a positive difference to someone s life, with a flexible approach to work, as well as being able to deal calmly with people who present challenging behaviour.
You must:
Work as part of a team of Housing and Support employees to achieve required outputs.
Act in line with agreed procedures and processes.
Motivated to achieve performance targets.
High standard of confidentiality and professionalism.
Discretion, trustworthiness, tact and diplomacy to deal with highly sensitive matters.
Experience with Microsoft Office and able to learn case management software.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Efficient, accurate and attention to detail.
