Key Responsibilities:
- Offer comprehensive office support to ensure the efficient operation of the school's administrative processes.
- Assist in human resources tasks, including recruitment, on boarding, and maintaining staff records.
- Serve as the initial point of contact for staff, students, and visitors, addressing queries with professionalism and discretion.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate school events and activities.
- Handle correspondence, organise meetings, and maintain filing systems.
- Uphold compliance with school policies and regulatory standards.
- Assisting with HR Assistant duties
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Demonstrable office experience, preferably within a school or educational environment.
- Experience in HR assistance or similar roles.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with school management systems.
- Competence in managing confidential information respectfully.
