£24,948 per annum (under review), based on a 35 hour working week

Based in Bootle, Liverpool with Hybrid working
As a HR Assistant you will provide a comprehensive and efficient HR service and will be part of a team providing first line support across the full range of HR issues. This role would be ideal for someone who is looking to develop and build on their HR experience
You will provide full administration and first line absence management guidance and support to managers, escalating issues when required to HR Advisors. You will undertake the administration process for Leavers, ensuring documentation is received and processed timely. You will attend meetings and conduct accurate note-taking and support efficient bundle preparation, in accordance with policies, procedures and service level agreements. You will capture and track the progress of ER matters on our database, to ensure effective case management.
The successful applicant will have 1 years’ experience of working in a generalised HR Assistant role, be highly organised, demonstrate resilience whilst working to a high level of accuracy in order to produce, analyse and interpret data and report on information gathered to continually develop and enhance our service provision. Qualified to CIPD Level 3 an advantage.
