This ambitious family run company are seeking an HR Assistant to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an exciting time to join the company as this is a newly created role due to company growth. They are seeking an organised individual who is keen to develop their career in HR, has excellent administration and time management skills.

- Location: Office in Cheshire (CW6)
- Office based position with potential for hybrid
- Role: HR Assistant
- Salary: Negotiable depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Support the HR manager with all HR related enquiries and requests
- Maintain records on CRM systems
- Serve as a point of contact for employees
- Assist in HR procedures including performance management
- Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and diary management
- Keep up to date with HR policies and trends
- Onboarding of new staff including advertising roles, interviewing and inductions.
Requirements
- Ideally previous experience within a HR Assistant role
- CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Driving license preferable due to location of the offices
