This exciting and varied role will work as part of a friendly, professional and supportive HR team.
You will provide a pro-active and high quality HR service to Warwick Manufacturing Group (WMG), advising on a broad range of people issues. This includes employee relations, organisational development, change and performance management, disciplinary and grievance, sickness absence, recruitment, reward, well-being and HR administration, covering all grades and levels of staff. You will support the Director of People and Culture in the delivery of HR Strategy and specific projects and collaborate with the wider HR team within the University of Warwick.

You will be a strong HR Generalist with demonstrable experience in managing a diverse range of complex casework and stakeholders.
Key skills, experience and attributes required include:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified.
- Experience of managing complex employee relations issues and coaching line managers through processes to deal with performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Experience of promoting diversity and inclusion through your work and able to demonstrate how you have made a contribution to creating a more inclusive culture at work.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and management experience.
- Solutions focused, ability to work with good initiative and autonomy.
- Being a great team player.
