Reporting into a Regional HR Manager, key duties for this role include-
- provide HR service support to cluster schools in the region.
- policy development and delivery.
- employee relations oversight in given schools.
- oversight of performance management, absence and disciplinary processes in each school.
- training and development.
- recruitment and on-boarding.
- oversight of all pre-employment checks.
- contribute to employee engagement programmes.
- provide accurate record keeping.
- has worked in an HR role in an education setting (desirable).
- is CIPD qualified or working towards- or has extensive relevant experience.
- possesses ER case management experience.
- is an effective communicator.
- has worked extensively with HRIS.
- holds a strong understanding of UK HR Law.
- can build effective relationships at all levels.
