Our prestigious and market leading client is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their high performing team, based in Leicester. This is an excellent role for an experienced HR Business Partner to further develop their career, or for a successful Senior HR Advisor who is looking to make the leap into the world of Business Partnering.
The ideal candidate for this role-
* Is a current HRBP looking for a new challenge.
* May be a senior HR advisor looking for a step up.
* Is CIPD qualified (any level).
* Has a degree or relevant HR experience at senior level.
* Can communicate clearly and effectively.
* Will be able to work with multiple stakeholders at the same time.
* Possesses strong HR generalist skills- Recruitment/ER/Project.
Duties for this role are as expected with an HRBP position, but include;
* Managing a small team.
* Business partnering across business units of 500 plus staff.
* Recruitment, ER and project work.
* Working across multiple business units.
* Provide generalist HR support.
* Learning and development support, creation, and implementation.
* Talent resourcing.
* MI analysis and review.
* Leading business specific projects.
