HR Business/People Partner (South West London) * Salary up to £60,000 with hybrid working*
A globally known organisation and brand in South West London is looking for an experienced HRBP to join their growing HR team. This is a fantastic time to join a large company that are investing heavily in transformational change meaning you will be heavily involved in projects from the start.
The starting salary is up to £60,000 plus benefits and 25 days annual leave. Flexible working is offered – this role is 35 hour week with the requirement to work three days in the office per week. Hours are flexible around 8-4, 9-5 or 10-6.
Duties include:
- Generalist HR business partnering
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to provide advice on employment law and best practice as well as coaching on employee relations
- Supporting the strategic direction of the business unit
- Leading junior HR team members (Advisors/Administrators)
- Supporting with EDI programmes
- HR project work
- Ensuring policies and procedures are correct and up to date
- Analysing trends in HR data
- Supporting with escalations from the HR inbox
To be considered suitable you will need to have the following experience:
- CIPD level 5 or above
- A strong people person with a genuine passion for HR
- Generalist HR experience, including project work
- Previous HRBP / People Partner level experience and ability to work with and advise senior stakeholders
- Good understanding of employment law and leading on employee relations cases
