Inspired Online School is part of the Inspired Education Group. Reporting to the HR Manager, the successful candidate will support the HR team in ensuring the delivery of an excellent service to the organisation. A key part of the role is coordinating the end to end recruitment process.
We currently have two roles available:
- One permanent, full time role, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
- One 6 month, fixed term contract role, 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday
Due to the nature of the organisation these roles require the successful applicants to work remotely from their home address in the UK.
The successful applicant will:
- Facilitate the flow of candidates through the recruitment process to include advertising roles, arranging interviews, carry out pre-employment screening checks and managing associated paperwork
- Facilitate the weekly recruitment update meeting
- Manage the HR and Recruitment inboxes
- Process starters, leavers and changes to contractual terms ensuring that HR systems are kept up to date and accurate
- Participate in delivering HR Induction sessions to new starters
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Studying for or CIPD Level 3 qualified
- Previous experience of working within a HR environment is desirable
- Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to build effective working relationships and work well as part of a busy team
