The Role:
- Assisting in the processing of monthly payroll for 4500 internal employees.
- Manually calculating adjustments as necessary.
- Processing maternity/paternity/SSP payments accurately and efficiently.
- Running monthly company benefit & end of period payroll reports.
- Collaborating closely with the 'People Team' and employees to address any payroll-related queries.
The Person:
- Previous in-house payroll experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in calculations and reporting.
- Proficient IT skills, including experience with payroll software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
