Kiwi Recruitment are seeking a dedicated individual to apply payroll processes and contribute to maintaining a smooth and efficient payroll system for our client. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of their Payroll and related tasks.
The ideal candidate will be a strong team player, have the ability to work independently with some payroll knowledge and the ability to meet strict deadlines. There will be an option to work from home 2 days per week after successful completion of 6-month probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
· Checking the hours Team members have worked
· You will be using a cloud based HCM system - Dayforce to collate pay information from our teams and provide this to our Outsourced Payroll Provider.
· Working closely with Human Resources to onboard new team members and maintain team member records
· Processing starter and leaver information
· Resolving issues Team members have with timesheets, payslips and
other payroll matters
Experience / Skills Required:
Must have:
- Effective communication, numeracy and I.T. skills
- High level of Excel knowledge
- High level of accuracy is essential
- Strong communication skills
- Experience of working in payroll or with an outsourced payroll provider
Desirable:
- Knowledge of payrolling benefits
- Manual Salary calculations
- Knowledge of tax codes and student loan notices
- Pension and auto enrolment knowledge
- At least 2-3 years payroll experience including SAGE
- CIPP qualification or working towards

Salary will be between £25,000.00 - £27,0000 per annum Dependent upon skills and experience.
