Reed Accountancy is currently partnered with an established organisation in the East Grinstead area who are seeking a part time Payrollerto join their existing team. As part time Payroller you will be responsible for processing on monthly payroll and pension management.
As Part time Payroller duties will include:
- Administrate all payroll activities and liaise with external payroll software provider as appropriate.
- Maintain knowledge of all employee regulations.
- Administrate all employee pension related activities including auto enrolment and liaise with external pension consultants as appropriate.
- Administrate employee benefit schemes: life assurance, salary sacrifice, child care vouchers, employee share purchase scheme.
- Prepare and submit annual P11D’s to HMRC. Employees, HMRC, Finance Team.
- Bank transfers and liaising with bank customer support team as appropriate.
- Processing and checking employee and subcontractor timesheets.
- Maintaining employee records including holidays and absence.
Role requirements:
- Strong payroll experience including pension administration, P11D's
- Strong payroll systems experience and good Excel
- Good communication skills
- Team player, self motivated and deadline driven
