Reed Accountancy are seeking an immediately available Payroll Administrator to join our very well-established client's finance team on an initial long-term temporary basis. This role sits within a friendly, high performing team and is highly likely to be made permanent for the right candidate.
Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator:
• To administer and process payroll using Xero
• Provide administrative duties to the Director and support for office staff.
• Develop effective working relationships with other employees.
• Ensure accurate accounts are kept of all financial transactions.
• Ensure employees monthly invoices are sent timeously, recording receipts of payments.
• A good knowledge of bookkeeping
• Purchase orders invoicing/reconciliation
