Elliot Scott Group, a niche recruitment agency that specialise in permanent and temporary roles across the whole of the UK have a newly available role in their head office in Crawley. Following a sustained period of growth, they need a permanent Payroll Administrator to strengthen their team. The role involves a number of varied tasks which include but are not limited to: Submitting and processing time sheets on a weekly basis Knowledge of self-billing systems Pension and National Insurance management Overseeing the compliance function for the business to ensure contractors are fully compliant and submitting audits. Using and helping to improve our internal CRM. Running weekly payroll admin for submission to the outsourced payroll company General office administration Ideal candidate would need experience working as a Payroll Administrator. JUNIOR POSITION ALSO CONSIDERED You will need to be hard working, focused and ambitious. This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00.
