Payroll Administrator up to £40,000 depending on experience Shoreham by Sea Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 17:30 A Payroll Administrator is required for Hunters' client, an independent established firm of Accountants. As the sole Payroll specialist, the Payroll Administrator is responsible for processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis for a variety of clients. Payroll Administrator - the job Processing payroll on a weekly and monthly basis for a variety of clients using IRIS-Star Payroll including RTI submissions and pension administration and uploads Experience of processing manual calculations, holiday pay, SSP & SMP etc Bookkeeping for a variety of clients, on Excel, Xero, and QuickBooks Dealing with client queries Payroll Administrator - the fit Previous accountancy office or Payroll Bureau experience preferred Good understanding of the full payroll process as you will be the sole practitioner Sub-contractor/CIS experience would be beneficial but training can be given to the right candidate Ability to work to deadlines Good communication skills both written and verbal
