Reed Accountancy are seeking an immediately available Accounts and Payroll Assistant to join our very well-established client's finance team on an initial long-term temporary basis. This role sits within a friendly, high performing team and is highly likely to be made permanent for the right candidate. Responsibilities of the Accounts and Payroll Assistant : - To administer and process payroll using Xero - Provide administrative duties to the Director and support for office staff. - Develop effective working relationships with other employees. - Ensure accurate accounts are kept of all financial transactions. - Ensure employees monthly invoices are sent timeously, recording receipts of payments. - A good knowledge of bookkeeping - Purchase orders invoicing/reconciliation This is a rare opportunity to join a market leading business, who are enjoying continued success and growth.
