About the role:
As Internal Sales Processing Co-Ordinator, you'll play a vital role in managing orders and inquiries for all Wholesale related customers. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting customers throughout the lifecycle of their orders.
Additionally, you'll provide support to the external sales team and facilitate lab imports, ensuring smooth processing and handling of queries related to imports and invoicing.
- Daily labs import management and handling of related queries
- Requesting bespoke and logo mock-ups for specific products
- Managing queries and sending necessary documentation to suppliers
- Handling general inquiries, account management tasks, and team support
- Administration and processing for specific projects and teams
About you:
- Experience in delivering excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Word and database management
- Enthusiastic, flexible, and detail-oriented
- Demonstrates reliability and a willingness to go the extra mile
