Invoice Controller

Caledonian Recruitment are looking for an Invoice Controller to join our clients Team near Dartford. 

Salary: Up to £27k Depending Upon Experience

Our client works in the construction industry and due to continued bouts of busyness, they are expanding their financial department. 

This position would be ideal for an Invoice Controller who has a very good working experience of Excel, confident on the phone and who is good with numbers. 

The successful Invoice Controller will place and check all invoices/credits in the invoice register from suppliers. Follow all tasks set within the monthly deadline. 

Other duties will include, Chasing suppliers for any due credits, Liaising with the Purchase Ledger and their requirements. 

The successful Invoice Controller must

• Live within a daily commutable distance from Erith
• Have advanced Excel skills 
• Have good numerical Accuracy
• Be confident on the phone and have a good telephone manner
• Have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
