I'm looking to speak with individuals who are comfortable delivering 1st and 2nd line support and deliver excellent levels of customer service. You will have a solid understanding of IT systems and be able to configure equipment for new starters. You must be highly organised with an ability to prioritise your workload to make sure that the required level of support is given to all members of staff.
Key Responsibilities
1st and 2nd line support to colleagues, assisting them with any difficulties they are experiencing with the companies IT systems
Provide support for hardware, systems and applications both in person and over the phone
Work alongside other IS teams to manage the technical escalation process
Set-up and install equipment for new starters
Prepare conference rooms and be on hand to support when colleagues have presentations

Able to effectively communicate with colleagues at all levels of the business
Capable of working within timescales to effectively meet deadlines
Positive and proactive attitude with an ability to contribute to team success
Can work without supervision but also has a willingness and desire to learn
Excellent attention to detail

EndPoint Manager
Azure AD
PowerShell
SCCM
Any legal technologies
