Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line support for the user base, including troubleshooting software, hardware, and business applications.
- Provide first and second-level support for IT systems used by users, addressing various IT problems.
- Continuously develop knowledge and skills, particularly in portal development, to prepare for future projects and progression opportunities
- Travel to local sites in the Swindon area
- Work closely with the IT Team remotely to provide support
The ideal candidate will have/be able to:
- Previous Helpdesk Experience (Telephone/Email/Face-to-Face Support)
- Strong customer/client service
- Hardware Setups - Laptops, PCs, Macs and Mobiles for End Users
- Proficient with Windows 10/11
- Basic Networking Knowledge - LAN/WAN
- Office 365
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Be decisive and have the passion to problem-solve
- 2 years of relevant experience or technical support
