Position:Junior Financial Controller

Location: Berlin, Germany

Salary: €40,000 (increased to €45,000 after 6-month probation)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analyze variances.
• Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Assist with audits and compliance activities.
• Support the finance team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial processes and procedures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
