Management Accountant (Hybrid)

- Title: Management Accountant
- Salary: £45,000 - £53,000 (Possible increase DOE)
- 10% Bonus Scheme (Company Performance & Personal Objectives)
- Hybrid Working (3 Days in Office).

How you will spend your time:
- Providing financial information to management, including sales analysis, cost analysis, variance analysis, cost accounting services for managers and departments.
- Strategic business planning and budgetary preparation.
- To accept and work within the Company’s Quality System and Health and Safety Policy, seeking to enhance the procedures where possible.
- Day to day management of the finance team. (1 x Credit Controller & 1 x Assistant Accountant)
- Monthly group and local reporting in accordance with group deadlines.
- Effective cash flow management and forecasting.
- Management of service from finance shared service centre.
- Coordinate audit and accounts preparation process in accordance with statutory deadlines and appropriate standards.
- Review and maintain effective financial controls to comply with statutory requirements, audit and published GAAP.
- Prepare and submit VAT and corporation tax returns.
- Liaise with and support for internal and external auditors.
- Any other duties compatible with the requirements of the post subject to the direction of the Director(s).
- Required to travel to Crawley 1 day a month. All expenses including travel and accommodation expenses will be covered.

- ACMA/ACA/ACCA or fully CIMA Qualified. Will consider close to full qualification.
- IT literate with financial modelling and business analysis skills.
- Advanced Excel Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and decision-making skills.
