Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and ensuring efficient day-to-day functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in various office software.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, mailing, and filing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors and provide them with necessary assistance
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £23,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
