The main purpose of this role is to assist on the pet import desk and provide administrative support to all departments; duties will include:
· Helping on the pet import desk/replying to email enquiries & quotes
· Airport pet meet & greets and transfer to boarding facilities when required.
· Costing & daily invoicing of all jobs/raising of files.
· Taking payments by card/checking payment receipts/cash
· Data input
· Credit control/cash account/purchase ledger.
· Filing/photocopying/stationery ordering/stock checks
· Answering and directing calls
Must be comfortable around animals, as some handling will be required.
Applicant must have a full driving licence.
Excellent communication (spoken and written) skills.
Have experience of word/excel/outlook.
Must be able to work as part of a small team.
Hours of work will be 08.30-17.00hrs
