Office Administrator/ Receptionist

09:00am till 18:00pm
13.00per hour PAYE
I am currently looking for an experienced Office Administrator to work with a large social housing company.
They are currently looking for someone who has previous experience working within social housing and a strong background within, first stage complaint handling, answering in bound calls, clearing emails and day to day admin duties.
Daily Duties:
- Dealing with first stage complaints - passing on the complaint to the relevant department/person.
- Answering in bound calls from tenants.
- Answering the main reception line.
- Clearing emails
- Data input
This role is on a rolling temporary contract, based in the office Monday to Friday
