Job Title: Office & Contract Administrator
Salary: £23,000 - £24,000
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Cooper Lomaz are delighted to be supporting a long standing client in their search for a new Contracts administrator.
Working full time in the office, becoming part of the Finance Team, working closely with contracts and orders, this role would suit someone with an eye for detail and someone who is used to working in fast paced setting.
- Invoicing for Subscriptions
- Processing Contract Renewals
In addition to the above this role will cover general office management duties such as
- Meet and greet customers
- Ordering stationary & office equipment
- Arranging maintenance of the building with external suppliers
Working hours: 9am to 5pm, with 30 minutes unpaid break
Full time office based
23 days of holidays + 8 Bank Holidays
