Office Assistant
We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team. We are located in south west london and are a plumbing and heating company.
The role will report to our Head of Operations and they will be at the heart of our team: completing a variety of office support tasks, ensuring maximum efficiency between departments and an enjoyable working environment for all.
Starting Salary £23,000 - £25,000 (To be discussed depending on experience). Benefits also include: ? Monthly team social events. ? Regular training opportunities. ? Optional weekly sports sessions.
Responsibilities include: ? Answering phones, office communications and greeting visitors. ? Liaising with suppliers, contractors and managing office supplies. ? Logging all incoming/outgoing mail, client content and IT assets. ? Diary management for meetings, and jobs. ? Assisting finance with POs, timesheets and basic accounts. ? Interdepartmental support, acting as a point of contact between all departments. ? Supporting health and safety protocols and ordering stock and materials.
The ideal candidate will: ? Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. ? Be collaborative with a proactive attitude and the ability to quickly problem-solve complicated tasks. ? The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced creative environment. ? Be able to demonstrate good experience in general office support tasks. ? Have a good general knowledge and confidence in their IT ability - especially Apple Mac computers. ?
