We are excited due to our continued growth to be recruiting for an Operations Administrator to assist with operational support across Ashton Fire. The successful candidate will have a proactive and detail orientated approach to meet the main duties of the role, along with training and continued support as the role develops.
- Initiate and undertake management system policies and procedures reviews as directed.
- Data: support in the adherence to data protection policies and procedures as directed.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR): support the development of ambitious CSR objectives, documenting evidence that these are being met.
- Maintain our website and support marketing initiatives across web, social media and print.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to support effective management of client agreements.
- Assist in maintaining our accreditations, affiliations, certifications and pre-qualification portals, ensuring required documents are updated, company details are accurate and complete.
General operations support
- Support team and Operations Manager in completing internal projects to achieve company objectives.
- Document control procedure and template maintenance.
- Working closely with Operations Manager, ensure internal procedures are followed and documents updated in line with branding guidelines.
- Taking minutes at relevant meetings, communicating actions and following up on completion.
- Assist with any day-to-day IT needs for the team as directed.
Person Specification
- Multi-tasking team player with the ability to work alone and use initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Proficient in IT with a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn new software and systems.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Good problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible on taking on new tasks outside the core role.
- Fluent English (spoken, written and comprehension).
