What You'll Do
You'll be a self-motivated, proactive, and reliable team member who supports the deployment of virtual operation services across our parking portfolio. While mobilising your self-drive and confidence, you'll orchestrate and optimise our customer support practices while deducing methods to solve parking challenges for consumers. From revenue and access control systems to basic IT support, you'll maintain quality standards and control for our customer-facing Reimagined Parking brands in the UK (Reef Parking and ParkJockey). Key Responsibilities
What Would Be Your Key Responsibilities
- Customer Experience Management – Understand the customer’s problem and provide a solution to manage the customer experience.
- Client Relationship Management – Manage the client’s relationship and communication on operational issues and updates.
- Product And Technical Escalation – Understand the issue and escalate to the right team for a solution via the technical ticket management tools.
- Foster customer operational success by rapidly communicating with customer service teams and deploying analytical abilities to troubleshoot parking operations.
- Demonstrate your solid acumen of IT systems to monitor ongoing operations to ensure safety, security, compliance, and adherence while leveraging feedback and attention to detail; deliver well-known virtual operations services.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
What We Want From You
- Experience in customer/Client relationship management
- Confident in multi-tasking and handling varied duties.
- A natural problem-solving mentality
- Takes responsibility and initiative for actions with the ability to work independently without supervision or guidance.
- Highly self-disciplined
- Solid understanding of how IT systems work and being quick to operate them.
- Familiar with the digital workflow and technical ticket management system (i.e Zendesk, Zira, ServiceNow etc)
- Making recommendations to improve processes and working practices.
- Ability to clearly converse through written, verbal, and visual communication.
- Knowledge of network management and an entry-level CISCO CCNA certificate is a plus.

This is a part-time hourly paid role based in our London office. Please only apply if you are based in London, UK.
The ideal candidate will work 2 days a week, including 1 weekday and 1 weekend day. Plus, extra working days during bank holidays and annual leave cover each year.
