• Responsible for client and installer satisfaction before, during and after installation
• Responsible for submitting and successfully completing DNO applications and commissioning
• Sourcing, vetting and onboarding installation partners
• Providing post installation handover packs to clients
• Support the supply chain and installation managers to deliver excellent customer experience
