As Operations Manager you will deliver a safe, secure & efficient operation with a focus on exceptional customer service to support personal and professional needs. Your responsibilities will include:
- supporting customer connections through events / introductions; instilling a sense of community
- provision of meeting room service / hospitality / wellness programme
- oversee customer on-boarding / off-boarding to ensure a smooth welcome / departure
- responsibility for ensuring building standards / maintenance / facilities issues are all addressed
- arranging daily plans / schedules, overseeing opening / closing
- managing performance of small team - daily rotas / absences / appraisals / training / setting targets
- managing suppliers and budgets
- managing and executing a wellness programme
- hosting and attending networking events

The Person
As Operations Manager you will have excellent customer service experience in a duty manager / FOH / customer facing role, and knowledge of facilities / operational management. A self-starter with a flexible, friendly and imaginative approach you will need the following skills / knowledge:
- excellent customer service
- team leading & excellent communication skills
- good organisation skills, ability to prioritise / work to deadlines
- resourceful, able to plan & budget effectively
Flexibility in hours required - early mornings, evenings and weekends etc as agreed in advance on weekly basis, and very occasional out of hours call outs.
