Your Purpose
Join our team based as an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Manager based in Burton 2 days a week & at home 3 days.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with our Project Lead to oversee the change program for IBP implementation. Your primary focus will be on supporting the adoption and sustainability of new technologies aimed at enhancing our S&OP processes.
Working alongside the Strategic Business Planning Director, you'll contribute to the continuous improvement of IBP operations, with the ultimate goal of boosting key business metrics such as in-year forecasting accuracy, supply/demand processes, financial precision, and strategic planning capabilities.
Your mission as the OCM Manager is to spearhead significant changes in processes, systems, and organizational culture to facilitate a smooth transition towards achieving our business objectives
This will entail close collaboration with various departments including Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Strategy, and others over the long term.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Change Management strategies and plans to optimize employee adoption of new technologies aligned with our IBP roadmap, starting with the O9 Phoenix tool throughout 2024.
- Lead the implementation of multiple strategies to ensure readiness for new tool releases, encompassing training, communications, and stakeholder management.
- Translate the impacts of business process changes into educational materials to facilitate training and on-the-job adjustments.
- Provide coaching and guidance to program and business sponsors on effective resource allocation and Change Management.
- Continuously assess Change Management risks within the business, identifying and addressing potential resistance to change through appropriate mitigation tactics.

- Demonstrated experience in Change Management.
- Involvement in transformational programs.
- Experience in or familiarity with sales or supply chain teams.
- Ability to thrive in complex, matrixed environments and deliver tangible results.
- Strong communication skills capable of engaging and influencing senior stakeholders within the organization.
