Pa To Director Of Audiences And Director Of Corporate Affairs

This is an incredible opportunity for a creative, solution-focussed and detail-orientated PA to support Tate's Director of Audiences & Innovation and Director of Corporate Affairs!
This role will provide effective assistance, organisational and administrative support for both the Director of Audiences & Innovation and the Director of Corporate Affairs. The post holder will be responsible for various tasks, including managing and organising diaries and budgets as well as support during events.
We are looking for someone with experience of working in a senior-level PA role in a complex, fast-moving organisation. The successful candidate will have outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of people at all levels. They will also have high level of proficiency with a range of programmes and systems, including all Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) as well as Sharepoint and Zoom.
