Part-Time Receptionist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team in our busy Care Home . As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive impression for visitors and callers.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization
- Assist with data entry tasks
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Handle inquiries from clients and employees

Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong typing skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with basic administrative tasks
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Good phone etiquette
