What is the role?
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Payroll Team. This role reports into the Wages Supervisor.
The purpose of the role is to assist with administrative duties within the Payroll Team.
***This is a part-time position - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 09:00 - 17:00.***
The role will include:
- Validation, input and costing of employee timesheets on our in-house system, supporting our regional businesses around the country.
- Assist with the setup of new starters, removal of leavers, HMRC reporting, sick pay and holiday recording, pay deductions.
What we need from you?
- Accuracy and Attention to detail are key to this role.
- Numeracy skills are essential.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and be flexible in the tasks undertaken.
- You must have a positive outlook together with a professional attitude.
