Our client, a leading London university is looking to appoint a permanent People Partner to work in their HR team. This role supports delivery of Academy strategy and has responsibility for the employee lifecycle for professional services and teaching staff. Working hours are 9:30am – 5pm, with a minimum of 2-3 days on site and the remainder remote.
The People Partner provides quality advice on complex HR issues and delivers an engaging, solutions-focussed service to heads of departments, managers, staff and stakeholders. You will build trusted relationships with all levels of staff, guiding with tact, diplomacy, and integrity.
The ideal candidate will have experience with the following:
- Handling ER issues
- Conducting investigations and disciplinaries
- Staff HESA return
- Building good relationships
- Promoting equality and diversity
- Updating policies
- Good communication skills.
