You will be responsible for leading, developing and implementing our customer acquisition strategies across all paid performance channels - digital or otherwise. - Ensure our Performance Marketing and trading calendar is kept up to date, and readily available to external stakeholders.
- Ensure performance is benchmarked against competitors and industry standards, and the wider business is kept up to date with performance and new opportunities to explore.
- Deep experience and understanding of common Performance Marketing metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV:CAC etc), reporting weekly to the CEO on key KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years experience working as part of a team to deliver new customer growth across all the main Performance Marketing channels
- You enjoy getting your hands dirty and spending time on the details of Performance Marketing metrics, optimisations, and attribution.
- You have a growth mindset, taking a proactive approach to test & experimentation to keep refining to improve performance or unlock a big opportunity.
- You understand that creative is the key to strong Performance Marketing and have experience collaborating with design teams and managing feedback loops.
- Proven track record driving growth in either agency or in-house (preferred), working with Performance Marketing budgets of at least £50k/month for a B2C e-commerce brand.
- Organised and detail-oriented.

- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and take initiative
- Highly organised, logical, and efficient, and can work to tight deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
