Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
- Provide one-to-one support for students who require additional help.
- This role could include supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).
- Help to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant is desirable.
- Experience working with young people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
- Enthusiasm for supporting children's learning and development.
- Commitment to promoting the welfare and safeguarding of children.
