We are over 550 professionals and currently looking for a Product Marketing Director.

Your Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Product Marketing managers
- Define and execute the overall Product Marketing strategy to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to develop and implement go-to-market strategies
- Create and manage product positioning, messaging, and value proposition
- Oversee product launches and updates, including developing launch plans, collateral, and sales enablement tools
- Drive product-led growth through initiatives such as free trials, in-app messaging, and product adoption strategies
- Monitor industry trends and customer competitive intelligence to inform Product Marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and adoption
- Produce product-related webpages, marketing collateral, and presentations
We expect you to have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing in the technology industry or a similar fast-paced environment
- Strong product leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
- Solid understanding of product positioning, messaging, and value proposition development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SaaS business models and subscription-based products
