Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Reviewing and processing high volume invoices to ensure that they're accurate and correctly formatted
- Working out VAT payments
- Set up new accounts and maintain existing accounts
- Reconciling invoices and inputting supplier invoices/credit notes.
- Matching purchase orders/ chasing any missing purchase orders
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Relevant background in a similar role
- Client facing attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Salary of up to 28,000 DOE
- OT at 1.5X/2.0X
- 21 days plus bank
