Our client is looking for a part time Reception Administrator/Legal Secretary to work in their Southam site
Reception Administrator/Legal Secretary duties include:
• Reception and Admin support• Answer the telephone promptly transferring calls through to the correct person/department, and that accurate messages are taken if unavailable• Coordinate visitors at Reception appropriately• Verifying Conveyancing documents before scanning• Secretarial support to the Conveyancing department• Scanning and sorting of company post• Use of the company's internal system• Preparing files archiving• Take payments from clients as and when required• Assist with booking meeting rooms• Coordinate the incoming post following company procedure• Ensure all new enquiries are entered on the internal system
Reception Administrator/Legal Secretary person specification:
Essential• Previous experience in a customer facing and administrative role• Telephony experience and skills• Good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel• Excellent customer service skills• Excellent and professional communication skills• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable• Previous legal experience is desirable
