Receptionist

Receptionist - Teddington, SW London - 6 month fixed term contract - Salary up to £25,400 pro rata - Hours 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) A reputable organisation based in Teddington is looking for a Receptionist / Front of House for an initial 6 month fixed term contract. The role will be responsible for: - Meeting and greeting visitors to the building - Providing a high level of customer service - Handling of post and documentation / administration - Arranging of permits and contractors - Organising orders and services - Managing stationary levels and orders To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience: - Strong reception/front of house experience within either an office or hospitality environment - Excellent customer service skills along with strong communication skills - Good organisation skills - Based locally to Teddington
