SalarySearch are looking to recruit for a Receptionist to start immediately with our client based in Stepps. This vacancy will be for 4-6 weeks. Hours of work for this position are Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm, with a start date of 15th April 2024.
The pay rate for this role will be 12 per hour
You will be responsible for:
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Greeting visitors on site
- General admin tasks such as processing photocopying, scanning and filing
- General reception support such as dealing with incoming mail
- Organising any meeting rooms/lunch hospitality
